Jo’s Dough is an Artisan Sourdough company based in Cranston, RI.
We specialize in crafting exceptional bread and pizza dough.
Licensed through RIDOH for Retail /Wholesale.
As a Johnson & Wales graduate with 17 years of experience in sales, I leveraged my business acumen to launch Jo’s Dough.
Since December 25, 2023, when Doughlene, our starter, was born, we’ve sold over 9,000 loaves locally/nationwide and continue to expand.
We are proud to serve our community with custom pick-up options including Pawtuxet Village Market, Hope Street Market, Cozy Grill- Coventry & Warwick locations. Delivery available through Munroe Dairy website.
